NOTICE OF FORFEITURE OF OIL AND GAS LEASE
(Ohio Revised Code § 5301.332)

G & O Resources, Ltd., and its successors and assigns, whose last known addresses are: 96 E. Crosier St., Akron, OH 44311 and c/o BDB Agent Co., 3800 Embassy Parkway, Suite 300, Akron, OH 44333
I.H. Hogue and their successors and assigns, whose last known address is: P.O. Box 180, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301
Please be advised that Osnaburg Township Trustees, as successor-in-title to Indian Run Christian Church, a corporation not for profit ("Lessor"), is the current lessor under that certain Oil and Gas Lease dated November 8, 1967, (the "Lease") and I.H. Hogue and G & O Resources, Ltd. being the known lessees or holders thereof (collectively, the "Lessee").
The Lease covers certain real property containing approximately 2.5 acres of land and is described as follows:
Section 28, Township of Osnaburg, County of Stark, State of Ohio, bounded substantially as follows now or formerly:
On the north by lands of George Dobransky and Steve Dobransky
On the east by lands of Steve Dobransky
On the south by lands of Hill Church St.
On the west by lands of George Dobransky
And containing 2.5 acres, more or less, and affecting 1.169 acres as conveyed to Osnaburg Township Trustees ("Lessor"), by Quit Claim Deed dated January 25, 2011, and recorded in Official Records as Instrument Number 201101250003496 of the Stark County, Ohio Recorder's Office
It being intended hereby to include herein all lands and interests therein contiguous to or appurtenant to the land owned or claimed by Lessor;
Affecting Stark County Parcel Number: 10000080
The Lease will be declared forfeited and void because the Lessees and their heirs, successors, and assigns have abandoned and forfeited the Lease due to the following:
No operations for oil and gas are being conducted on the land;
No shut-in royalties have been paid;
No wells are currently producing oil or gas in paying quantities on the land; and
No formation underlying the land is used for storing gas.
For the foregoing reasons, the Lessor intends to record an Affidavit of Forfeiture pursuant to Ohio Rev. Code § 5301.332 with the office of the Recorder of Stark County, Ohio if the Lease is not released of record by Lessees within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice.
