Eastman as vendee, recorded on September 20, 2022; in the office of the Story County Recorder, 2022-09357, for the sale of: Lot Eleven (11) and the West 47 1/2 feet of Lot Twelve (12), THOMPSON'S ADDITION to McCallsburg, Story County, Iowa, has not been complied with in the following particulars: January 2025 Payment - December 2025 Payment ($1,079.59/month) for total of $ 6,936.00 The contract shall stand forfeited unless the parties in default, within 30 days after the completed service of this notice, shall perform the terms and conditions in default, and in addition pay the reasonable costs of serving this notice.
