NOTICE OF HEARING-BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE TOWNSHIP OF HANOVER, NJ
Take notice that Mrs. Puval Kakar has made an application to the Hanover Township Board of Adjustment in connection with the construction of finishing an attic on a property in Hanover Township, located at 2 Irene Ct, Lot 25, Block 28.01, which requires the following use variance relief:
Article XIX, Section 166-113.1: Maximum Floor Area Ratio; 30%/3600 sq. ft. required, 30.2%/4180 sq. ft. proposed, 0.2%/580 sq. ft. variance requested.
The Applicant may also seek other variances and waivers as the need may arise during the course of the hearing on this application. The application case number is BOA # 1921 , on the Secretary's calendar, which is scheduled for a hearing on Jan. 15, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Hall, in the Main Meeting Room, 1000 Route 10 West and North Jefferson Road, NJ at which time you may appear in person or by agent, or attorney and present any objection which you may have to granting this appeal.
