NOTICE OF HEARING CONCERNING EXCLUSION OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been filed with the Board of Directors of Timnath Lakes Metropolitan District No. 2 ("District"), located in the Town of Timnath, Larimer County, Colorado, a petition requesting the Board adopt a resolution approving the exclusion of certain property from the boundaries of such District ("Petition").

Accordingly, pursuant to Section 32-1-501(2), C.R.S., notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the District shall hold a public meeting to hear the Petition on November 14, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom, access information below. All interested persons shall appear at such meeting and show cause in writing why such Petition should not be granted. All protests and objections shall be deemed to be waived unless submitted in writing to the District (c/o McGeady Becher Cortese Williams P.C., 450 E. 17th Avenue, Suite 400, Denver, Colorado 80203) at or prior to the hearing or any continuance or postponement thereof in order to be considered.
