NOTICE OF HEARING FOR STEVEN KAIJALA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Steven Kaijala will be heard before the Land Use Board of the Township of Knowlton regarding the property known as Block 72, Lot 9, located at 5 Pine Tree Lane, Knowlton Township, Warren County, New Jersey. The property is located in the "FP" Farmland Preservation Zone District. The Applicant is seeking bulk variance relief to allow the construction of a 440 square feet addition to the existing one-story dwelling and expansion of driveway. The Applicant may also apply for such variances, waivers or interpretations of law or fact as may be required upon analysis and testimony regarding the plans at the public hearing. This application is now on the calendar for the Knowlton Township Land Use Board and a public hearing has been scheduled for December 23, 2025 at the Knowlton Township Municipal Building, 628 Rt. 94, Columbia, New Jersey at 7:00 P.M. When the case is called, you may appear either in person or by attorney to present any evidence, which you may have regarding the application. The matter will be heard on the above date or any adjourned date designated by the Land Use Board at this public meeting without additional notice. The maps, plans, plats and application for which approval is being sought are on file with the Land Use Administrator and are available for inspection at the Municipal Building during normal business hours.
