The undersigned has filed an application for a variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to permit:
This requested variance is due to the existing layout and conditions of the property. The proposed project consists of a small extension of the existing front porch to improve safety, access, and functionality. Strict compliance with zoning requirements would create practical difficulties. The improvements are minimal and will not negatively impact neighboring properties and are consistent with the character of the neighborhood.
