NOTICE OF HEARING TOWNSHIP OF WINSLOW PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT ARCR Home Builders, LLC ("Applicant") is the purchaser under contract of 604 Johnson Road, also known as Block 602, Lot 12, Winslow Township, Camden, County, New Jersey (the "Property"). On May 15, 2025 Applicant pursuant to Winslow Township Planning Board Resolution # PR 2025-042, received subdivision approval and 'c' variance relief to subdivide the Property into 3 lots which will be developed to contain single family residential dwellings. Applicant's subdivision approval is set to expire in November. As part of Applicant subdivision approval Applicant is required to obtain certain approvals from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP). Applicant has submitted to the NJDEP but has not yet heard back. Applicant is therefore seeking a one year extension to ensure the granted subdivision approval does not expire prior to Applicant securing all needed outstanding items from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Applicant also requests any variances, waivers, exceptions or other relief that the Winslow Township Planning Board may deem necessary and/or appropriate. Any persons interested in the application will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Winslow Township Planning Board meeting to be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 7:00 P.M., at the Mayor Dominic Maiese Municipal Complex, Municipal Courtroom, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, New Jersey 08037. At such time, you may appear in person and present any comments with respect to the application. The application, plans and all documents related to the proposed project are available for public examination prior to the public hearing 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM in the office of the Board Secretary at the Mayor Dominic Maiese Municipal Complex, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, New Jersey 08037.
