NOTICE OF HEARING
MEDFORD TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD of ADJUSTMENT
In compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of Medford Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, and N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq. notice is hereby given to you that a hearing will be held on the application of Christopher and Leah Quinn for approval of a rear yard setback variance, and any other variances or waivers necessary for construction of a 573 sq ft. addition to their single family home in accord with the submitted drawings, on property owned by them which is known as Lot 4.01 of Block 202 on the Medford Township Tax Map. By ordinance a 50-foot setback is required from the rear property line. The applicants are requesting that a variance be granted to allow a rear setback of 40 feet. The property is located at 39 Ark Road. The Board's professionals have determined in the course of their review of the Quinns' variance application that an existing fence and gate in the front yard of the property do not comply with applicable standards. Any variances or waivers necessary to legalize the fence and gate will also be sought.
Anyone affected by this application will have an opportunity to be heard at a meeting of the Medford Township Zoning Board of Adjustment to be held on June 17, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., at the Medford Township Public Safety Building, 91 Union Street, Medford, New Jersey 08055.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during normal business hours Monday through Friday, in the office of the Medford Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Complex, 49 Union Street, Medford, New Jersey 08055.
