NOTICE OF HEARING
Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Linden, New Jersey
Take notice that Taiye Alabi has made an application to the City of Linden Zoning Board of Adjustment in connection with the construction of additions and converting the existing single-family dwelling to a two-family dwelling located at 200 Grant Street, Linden, NJ 07036, Block 37, Lot 14 in the R-2B zone. The application requires the following bulk variance relief.
31-4.1: Minimum Front Yard. Required: 25ft, Proposed 13.2ft
31-4.1: Minimum Combined Side Yard. Required: 18ft, Proposed 16.6ft
The Applicant further requests all other variances, waivers, relief, exceptions, interpretations and/or approvals as the need may arise during the hearing on this Application.
The Application has been scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Planning Room, Linden City Hall, 301 North Wood Avenue, Linden, NJ 07036.
Any interested party may appear in person or by an Attorney to give evidence and make a statement for or against the application.
