NOTICE OF HEARING Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Linden, New Jersey Take notice that Taiye Alabi has made an application to the City of Linden Zoning Board of Adjustment in connection with the construction of additions and converting the existing single-family dwelling to a two-family dwelling located at 200 Grant Street, Linden, NJ 07036, Block 37, Lot 14 in the R-2B zone. The application requires the following bulk variance relief. 31-4.1: Minimum Front Yard. Required: 25ft, Proposed 13.2ft 31-4.1: Minimum Combined Side Yard.
