The Property has been utilized as both a auto body shop as well as a residence on the same lot. The Applicant was granted permission to construct an auto body shop on this lot on April 2, 1952 on the premises located at 282 Hillside Avenue, and designated as Block(s) 4103 Lot(s) 20 in the R-1 Zone on the Roxbury Township Tax Map.
