NOTICE OF INCORPORATION

NOTICE OF INCORPORATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Articles of Incorporation were filed in the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on the 23rd of December, 2024, for the purpose of incorporating a nonprofit corporation under the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988. The name of the corporation is: Believers Tabernacle of Faith. The purposes for which it has been organized are charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding provisions of any further United States Internal Revenue Law. These purposes include and are not yet restricted to following the teachings of Jesus Christ as expressed in the Holy Scriptures. Patrick J.
