NOTICE OF INTENT TO SEEK LEGISLATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given of intent to apply to the Florida Legislature, in the 2026 regular or any special or extended legislative sessions, for passage of: 1. An act relating to the Fellsmere Water Control District, Indian River County; modifying the composition of the governing body of the district; modifying the boundaries of the district, providing for maintenance and use of certain canals; providing for access to public records; and providing an effective date. 2. Act relating to modification of the Fellsmere Water Control District and creating the Headwaters Water Control District, Indian River County; creating the Headwaters Water Control District in Indian River County as a public corporation; creating the district's charter; providing the district's status and boundaries; providing minimum charter requirements; providing for maintenance and use of certain canals; providing notice requirements; providing applicability of specified laws to the district; providing severability; and providing an effective date. 3.
