NOTICE OF INTENT TO VOLUNTARILY DISSOLVE INTENTIONAL GROWTH, LLC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Articles of Dissolution for Intentional Growth, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, were delivered to the office of the Secretary of State of North Carolina for filing effective on December 31, 2025, in accordance with the North Carolina Limited Liability Company Act. Pursuant to Section 57D-6-11 of the Act, persons with claims against the company must send a written notice of claim to the company, c/o Susan Walters, 3545 Bend of Ivy Road, Marshall, NC 28753.
