Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 24, 2026, and the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on June 1, 2026, entered in Case No.: 25000657CC of the County Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Walton County, Florida, in which Audubon Point Homeowners' Association, Inc., is the Plaintiff and LOT 28 OAKLEY CT, LLC, is the Defendant, I, Crystal Sconiers, the Walton County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Lot 28, Audubon Point, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 24, Public Records of Walton County, Florida.
The sale will be held on July 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time to the highest bidder or bidders for cash at the website of www.walton.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat.
