NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under provisions of Section 15 of the Tulare City Charter, Ordinance 2025-15 was adopted by the City of Tulare City Council on December 16, 2025. The following is a summary of Ordinance 2025-15 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TULARE REPEALING AND REPLACING CHAPTERS 3.04 AND 3.08 OF TITLE 3 (FIRE REGULATIONS) OF THE TULARE MUNICIPAL CODE: The purpose of this ordinance is to make modifications to the California Fire Code, limited to those essential to effectively administer code responsibilities in daily operations and to maintain previous amendments as approved by City Council relating to fire and life safety. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance is posted in the City Clerk's Office at 411 East Kern Avenue, Tulare. Said Ordinance was introduced on December 2, 2025, and finally passed and adopted on December 16, 2025, by the City of Tulare City Council by the following vote: Ayes: Dennis A. Mederos, Stephen C.
