Riley, a named Defendant in the above-entitled action, that this action has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Peoria County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you, praying that a Memorandum of Judgment entered against you be foreclosed, said Memorandum of Judgment having been executed in LaSalle County, IL on June 27, 2024 in the amount of $61,146.07 against David A. Riley and Steve Wilcox, jointly and severally, with said Memorandum of Judgment being recorded on April 1, 2025 as Document No. 2025005218 with the Peoria County Recorder's Office, Peoria County, IL.
