NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ALEXIS ANNELL NIEL has on the 5th day of December, 2025, filed a Petition addressed to the above-entitled Court praying that said Court enter its Order changing Petitioner's legal name from ALEXIS ANNELL NIEL to ALEXIS DIMITRI ROMANOV and the Petitioner has submitted a statement signed under penalty of perjury that the Petitioner is not changing his name for a fraudulent purpose.
