NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE DALLAS CENTER CITY COUNCIL The Dallas Center City Council will hold a public hearing on a text change to the City's Zoning Ordinance at 7 p.m. on December, 2025, in the Council Chambers in Memorial Hall (above City Hall) at 1502 Walnut Street in Dallas Center, Iowa. The text change to the Zoning Code (proposed Ordinance No. 636) makes modifications to the timing of the publication and posting of public notice for certain changes regarding the Planning and Zoning Commission. These changes are due to a change in the Code of Iowa requirements. Residents may contact the City Clerk at City Hall to review or obtain a copy of the proposed ordinance making modifications. Residents may attend the public hearing to make comments either in favor or against the proposed changes. Comments may also be submitted in writing prior to the hearing either sent by U.S. Mail to the City at P.O.
