NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DALLAS CENTER CITY COUNCIL ON CONSIDERATION OF THE APPROVAL OF 28E AGREEMENT WITH DALLAS COUNTY FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES The Dallas Center City Council will hold a public hearing at 7 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, in the Council Chambers in the Dallas Center Memorial Hall (above City Hall at 1502 Walnut Street in Dallas Center, Iowa) to consider the approval of a 2-year 28E Agreement with Dallas County, Iowa, under which the Dallas County Sheriff will provide Law Enforcement services to the City of Dallas Center for a renewed two-year term beginning July 1, 2026. A copy of the proposed Agreement may be examined in the Dallas Center City Hall during regular business hours.
