NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - BUENA VISTA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BUENA VISTA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES BUENA VISTA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER STORM LAKE, IOWA Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held Monday, January 5, 2026 at the conference center at Buena Vista Regional Medical Center in Storm Lake, Iowa. DESCRIPTION: This project consists of an addition of a 30,000 square foot Clinic with a 3,000 square foot Second-Story Mechanical Penthouse with associated site and concrete improvements. The public hearing will receive comments on the clinic addition as well as the mechanical penthouse in Storm Lake. Any individual may file written comments and/or be heard at said hearing. Bidding Documents may be viewed at the office of the Construction Manager - Graham Construction Company, 421 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50309.
