NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PLAINFIELD BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Pursuant to applicable law, the Plainfield Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on 12-15-2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Council Chambers at Plainfield Civic Center, 206 West Main Street, Plainfield, Indiana on the following petition:
Petition Numbers: BZA-25-095 and BZA-25-096 Requesting Board of Zoning Appeals approval for a Development Standards variance to Article 4.16.G.3 on 30.3 acres +/- for parcels zoned I-2: Office/Warehouse Distribution.

Written comments in support of or in opposition to the Petition may be filed with the Secretary of Plainfield Board of Zoning Appeals prior to or at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may need to be continued from time to time as may be found necessary. Said Public Hearing will be open to the public and any objectors will be heard at this meeting.
