NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1-2, that the Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission (the "Plan Commission") will conduct a public hearing regarding the following application: Case Number: PCVA-25-1 Applicant Name: Dillon Reynolds, Spaceco, Inc. Parcel Number, Location: 32-08-07-305-001.000-016 & 32-08-07-305-002.000-016 are the parcels being affected with this right-of-way street vacation. The streets are located in the Ronald Reagan Logistics Park. Case details: Portions of the Corrugated Avenue and Diversified Street right-of-way have been marked to be vacated on this proposal. Diversified Street would also be renamed to HarperCollins Way. The public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 24th day of November, 2025 in the Town Hall Council Meeting Room, 61 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana 46112 where all interested parties will be given an opportunity to testify regarding the proposal per the Plan Commission Rules of Procedure. The application file, including legal description and project details, is available for examination at the Department of Development Services, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, exclusive of legal holidays, at the above address.
