NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG TOWN COUNCIL Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1-2, that the Town of Brownsburg Town Council will conduct a public hearing regarding the following application: Case Number: Ord. No. 2026-05 Applicant Name: Conrad Jacobs, Affinity-Corp Parcel Number, Location: Parcel #'s: 32-08-17-300-001.000-016 and 32-08-20-100-011.000-016. The parcels are located at 10310 E US HWY 136 and 10508 E US HWY 136, Indianapolis, IN, 46234. Case details: The applicant is requesting to amend the previously recorded Commitment #3 that had the maximum building height set at 25 feet to now allow Building 1 to have a maximum height of 26 feet and Building 2 a max height of 30 feet. The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th day of May, 2026 in the Town Hall Council Meeting Room, 61 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana 46112 where all interested parties will be given an opportunity to testify regarding the proposal.
