NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing concerning the sale and transfer of certain property to KETTLESTONE LAKES, LLC by the City of Waukee. The public hearing has been set for 5:30 p.m. on December 15, 2025, and shall be held at the City of Waukee Council Chambers located at Waukee City Hall, 230 W. Hickman Road, Waukee, Iowa.
