NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -- Monroe Township (Gloucester County) Planning Board PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Monroe Township Planning Board in Gloucester County, New Jersey for Minor Subdivision approval for property located at 966 Green Avenue, designated as Block 2402, Lot 12 on the Monroe Township Tax Map. The application includes the creation of one (1) new lot from the existing parcel.
