NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REDDING AREA BUS AUTHORITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting of the Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA) on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 5:15 p.m. in the City of Redding Council Chambers, located at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California, RABA will hold a public hearing to consider changes to the eligibility process for RABA Demand Response service from a medical based application to an in-person assessment process to be lead by the Mobility Manager. At said time and place, persons interested may appear before the RABA Board of Directors and be heard thereon. Additionally, comments may be made in writing to RABA at 3333 South Market Street, Redding CA 96001.
