NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Angelica PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Angelica will hold a Public Hearing on November 17, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Grange, located at 55 Park Circle, Angelica, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Angelica and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Village Clerk's office, located at 21 Peacock Hill Road, Angelica, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
