NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of St. Joseph County, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on the proposed disposal of County-owned real property. The hearing will be held on April 28, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the County-City Building, 4th Floor Council Conference Room, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601.
The real property proposed to be disposed of is Lots 1, 2, 3, and 7 on the Plat of Riverside Campus Minor Subdivision, Recorded in the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder on September 23, 2024 as Instrument No. 2024-22316, amounting to approximately 116.97 acres.
Written suggestions or objections to the proposed disposal of this real property may be filed with the Board of Commissioners before such hearing and will be heard by the Board of Commissioners at the time and place specified. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the proposed disposal of real property, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
