NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Spartanburg County, South Carolina of a public hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026, relating to the proposed enactment of an ordinance (the "Ordinance") authorizing the delivery by Spartanburg County, South Carolina (the "County") of a Fee in Lieu of Tax Agreement (the "Agreement") between the County and DETPAK USA LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming (the "Company"), with respect to the acquisition, installation and construction of certain building improvements, fixtures, machinery, equipment, furnishings and/or other real and/or tangible personal property to a manufacturing facility in the County. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company will pay an annual fee in lieu of ad valorem taxes to the County. The Agreement will be delivered by the County pursuant to Title 12, Chapter 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended, and the Ordinance. The public hearing will be held in the Spartanburg County Council Chambers located at 366 North Church Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina at 5:15 p.m. All interested parties should attend.
