NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to the California Water Code Section 10642, the Board of Directors of the United Water Conservation District (UWCD) will conduct a Public Hearing to receive verbal public comments prior to adopting UWCD's updated 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP). The Public Hearing for the updated 2025 UWMP and WSCP is scheduled to take place during UWCD's Board Meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, located in UWCD's Board Room at 1701 N. Lombard Street, Oxnard CA 93030. The Public Hearing will take place during the second open session, which is scheduled to begin at 1:00 P.M. Following the Public Hearing, the UWCD Board will consider adoption of the UWMP and WSCP at its Wednesday, June 10, 2026, Board meeting. The Public Drafts for the updated 2025 UWMP and WSCP are available for public inspection by visiting UWCD's website at https://www.unitedwater.org/key-documents/#water-supply, or by visiting UWCD's Headquarters at 1701 N. Lombard Street, Suite 200, Oxnard CA 93030 to review a copy.
