NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET MARLBORO TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD Please take notice that on January 20, 2026 at 7:30 PM the Marlboro Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing for a Bulk Variance being requested by Mr. Prabin Dutta, a member of SunMun, LLC who is interested in purchasing a home at 118 Mountainside View in Marlboro Township for the purpose of creating a housing opportunity for up to 15 elderly people with disabilities (the "Proposed Use"). The premises which are the subject of the application are located at 118 Mountainside View, in Marloboro, said premises are known as Block 154 Lot 1.07. The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM at Marlboro Township 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746. Note that comments during a Public Hearing are restricted to the specific subject matter for which the Public Hearing is being held. If you wish to speak at the hearing, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the meeting to register.
