NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY AMEND ANNUAL §15 WINE & MALT LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by LLH, LLC dba Trader Joe's, 655 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, to amend the annual §15 wine & malt license with a change of officers/directors and a change of ownership interest for LLH, LLC. Laurie Meade has relinquished her ownership interest in the company and has been replaced with Issac Chitica who will hold a 33.3% ownership interest becoming an LLC member of LLH, LLC. Christopher Maguire and Matthew Sloan will retain 33.3% ownership and member status. Tracy Anderson will remain the LLC manager. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing. Alternatively, written comments may be submitted in advance to the Licensing Authority by email to erin.logan@town.barnstable.ma.us by noon on, April 13, 2026.
