NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL ALL-ALCOHOL RESTAURANT/COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by Hyannis Entertainment LLC dba Entertainment Cinemas, 793 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, for a new annual all-alcohol restaurant/common victualler license. The applicant proposes adding alcohol service at the concession stand located in the lobby of the movie theatre. The proposed alcohol manager is Mario Sasso. The proposed hours of alcohol service are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., daily. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
