NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY NEW ANNUAL ALL-ALCOHOL RESTAURANT/COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by Fuku Kichi, Inc. dba Fuku Kichi, 294 Main Street, Hyannis, for the transfer of the annual all-alcohol restaurant/common victualer license from CC Entertainment dba Flashback. The applicant proposes to continue the restaurant operations with Li Gao as the alcohol manager. The proposed hours of alcohol service are from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., daily. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, James H. Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
