NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lewisboro will host a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., 79 Bouton Road, South Salem, New York, Justice Court.

Application of Dave Milne, [Kaplan, Richard & Broderick, Deborah, owners of record], 5 Pamela Ln, South Salem, NY for the following variance of the proposed 2-story garage / barn consisting of 576 sq ft on main level and 319 sq ft on upper level for a combined total of 895 sq ft whereas 600 sq ft is the maximum permitted per Article IV Section 220- 23D (10) of the Town of Lewisboro Zoning Code therefore requiring a 295 sq ft variance.
The property is located on the north side of (5) Pamela Ln, South Salem, NY designated on the Tax Map as Sheet 26A, Block 10822, Lot 3, in a R-2AC, Residential Two-Acre District consisting of approximately 1.00 acres.
