NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW OPPORTUNITY AMENDING THE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP) FOR THE APPLETON (FOX CITIES) METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION 2025-2028 East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Appleton (Fox Cities) planning area, is preparing to amend the transportation improvement program (TIP) for the Appleton (Fox Cities) Metropolitan Planning Organization 2025-2028 as part of Resolution FC-01-26. The TIP includes transportation projects that receive federal or state funding. The amendment will coordinate local, state and federal programs to meet federal metropolitan planning regulations that include provisions for a formal TIP amendment process. Comments regarding this TIP amendment will be accepted until January 7th, 2026.
