PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to an Order to Show Cause issued by the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County on November 10, 2025 in the above-captioned matter, and the Court's directive authorizing publication in lieu of personal service upon the deceased former owner, Richard J. Bowden, notice is hereby given to all interested persons, heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, successors, assigns, and any persons or entities claiming or who may claim any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the real property formerly owned by the decedent identified below.
Property: 2021, MAXIUM, 8-5106PDT, VIN: 5ZCB01421CW002306
Relief Sought: The Court will consider the relief set forth in the Order to Show Cause, including why an order should not be entered in favor of the Plaintiff declaring the Plaintiff as owner of the aforementioned motor vehicle and direction the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to issue title therefore, affecting any interest of the deceased former owner, Richard J. Bowden, and any persons claiming under or through him with respect to the above-described property.
Hearing Date, Time, and Location: The Order to Show Cause is set for hearing on January 9, 2026 at 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Lina P. Corriston, J.S.C, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, located at 10 Main Street Hackensack , New Jersey 07601.
Response/Objection Deadline: Any interested person wishing to oppose, contest, or otherwise be heard regarding the relief requested in the Order to Show Cause must file a written response or objection with the Clerk of the Court on or before December 15, 2025, serve a copy on Petitioner's/Movant's counsel at the address below, and appear at the hearing. Failure to timely file and serve a written response may result in the Court granting the relief requested without further notice.
Manner of Publication: This Notice is published pursuant to the Court's order authorizing service by publication, in The Bergen Record, a newspaper of general circulation in Bergen County,once a week for 3 consecutive weeks, with the first publication occurring on _____
