NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK The Mid-East Career and Technology Centers Board of Education is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Facilities Improvements Project. The Project is anticipated to consist of improvements and renovations to existing facilities and construction of new facilities at both the Zanesville and Buffalo campuses, including but not limited to building additions and renovations, the construction of a new multi-purpose building, a new building for automotive and electrical programs, and a new salt and materials storage building, and a parking lot expansion.
