NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2025, and entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-002730-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein TUSCANY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LESLIE GALE LEVENBERG are Defendants, Mike Caruso, Palm Beach County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
