Barclay, ET AL., Defendant(s). Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on October 1, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Chemung County Courthouse, 224 Lake Street, Elmira, NY 14902 on December 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., premises known as 602 Collins Street, Elmira, NY 14904. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Elmira, County of Chemung and State of New York, Section 99.15, Block 2 and Lot 10. Approximate amount of judgment is $44,378.07 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #2024-5535.
