NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2025, entered in Civil Case No. 50-2025-CC-002531 of the County Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein CEN-WEST COMMUNITIES, INC., is Plaintiff, and ALBERT F.W. PARR, et al., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of January, 2026, at public auction at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set in said Final Judgment of Foreclose to wit:
Condominium Unit NO. 269 of WINDSOR "L" CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 2029, Page 1810, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
