NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Order granting plaintiff's emergency motion to cancel and reschedule sale dated March 10, 2026, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Volusia County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning on April 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM via WWW.VOLUSIA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, the following described property:
A Portion of Government Lot 1, Section 2, Township 15, South, Range 32 East, described as follows: Commencing at a point in the East line of said Govt. Lot 1, at the intersection of the North line of Washington Avenue, (now known as 11th street), as shown on record map of Highland Park Subdivision, as recorded in Map Book 10, Page 64, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Govt. Lot 1 a distance of 480 feet to a point; thence Westerly at right angles, being also along the Northerly line of Hurst Street (a 50 ft. right-of-way) a distance of 765 feet to the Place of Beginning; thence Northerly at right angles a distance of 210 feet; thence Westerly at right angles a distance of 105 feet; thence Southerly at right angles a distance of 210 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said Hurst Street; thence Easterly at right angles, being also along the Northerly line of said Hurst Street a distance of 105 feet to the Place of Beginning.
