NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION (S. 120.06(6)(b), Wis. Stats.) Notice is hereby given to qualified electors of the Rosholt School District that a school board election will be held on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 to fill 3 board positions of board members at large. If a primary election is required it will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Two positions will consist of a three year term beginning on April 20, 2026 (ending in 2029) and one position will complete 2 years of an appointed position (ending in 2028). Current incumbents are Karla Schoofs, Matt Wierzba and James Dombrowski. An elector desiring to be a candidate for a position on the school board must file a Sworn Declaration of Candidacy and Campaign Registration Statement at the Rosholt School District, P.O. Box 310, 346 W. Randolph St., Rosholt, WI 54473 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, mailed and received at the address noted above, or filed personally with the school district clerk prior to 5:00 p.m. January 6, 2026.
