VANTAGE EROSION CONTROL, LLC, Defendant File No.: 24CVS3235-640 TO: Vantage Erosion Control, LLC, Defendant, Take notice that a civil action has commenced against you in the Superior Court of New Hanover County, North Carolina, by the Plaintiff, NEW HANOVER PAVING, seeking damages for breach of contract and quantum meruit in connection with subcontracted construction services performed at the Ansley Park Apartments, 3612 Beverly Cove Way, Wilmington, North Carolina. Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that: Defendant contracted with Plaintiff to perform paving, asphalt overlay, striping, installation of wheel stops, and signage work at the Ansley Park Apartments;Plaintiff completed all contracted services;Defendant has failed to pay Plaintiff for the work performed, resulting in damages of $105,025 for breach of contract and additional damages exceeding $25,000 for quantum meruit and breach of implied contract. You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than December 14th, 2025, and upon your failure to do so, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint, including damages, interest, attorney's fees, and costs.
