The nature of the relief being sought is termination of parental rights. You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than forty (40) days from the first date of publication (November 24, 2025), and upon your failure to do so, the parties seeking service against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought, which will terminate any parental rights you may have. If you are indigent, or if counsel has been previously appointed, you may be entitled to appointed counsel. The purpose of the hearing is Termination of Parental Rights and you may attend the Termination hearing. Notice of the date, time, and place of any hearing will be mailed to you by the Petitioner upon filing of the Answer or thirty (30) days from the date of service if no Answer is filed.
