NOTICE OF THE SPECIAL MEETING SCHEDULE FOR JANUARY 5 2025, CITY OF PATERSON HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION TAKE NOTICE that the City of Paterson Historic Preservation Commission has scheduled a Special Meeting on Monday January 5, 2025 at 6:00PM at Paterson City Hall, 155 Market Street, 3rd floor, Council Chambers, Paterson, NJ 07505. The purpose of this meeting is to review a request from the NJ Monuments to Labor and Immigration Project to present and discuss proposed temporary art installation concepts for the front plaza of City Hall. In addition, the Commission will conduct a design review for 11 Spruce Street, Former Rogers Locomotive Works Millwright Shop, Block 4802, Lot 20 (GFHD), involving a second reconsideration of certain proposed changes to a previously approved adaptive reuse project.
