NOTICE

NOTICE All persons are notified that BARN SWALLOW WOODCRAFT, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company, is dissolving and winding up its business under the provisions of the Business Corporation Law of 1988, as amended, so that its corporate existence shall cease upon the filing of Articles of Dissolution in the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All persons having a claim against the Limited Liability Company are required to present their claims against the Company in accordance with this notice. All such claims must be presented in writing and contain sufficient information reasonably to inform the Company of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim. All such claims must be sent to PAUL LUTHER WEYGANDT, JR., Sole and Only member of BARN SWALLOW WOODCRAFT, LLC, 170 Barn Swallow Lane, Johnstown, PA 15905. All such claims must be received by the Company within 60 days of this notice, otherwise such claim will be barred, and the Company may make distributions to other claimants and the members of the Company, or other persons interested as having been such without further notice to the claimant.
