NOTICE The 2024 Annual Report of the Slater Foundation, a non-profit corporation designated as a foundation under section 509 of the 1954 Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and pursuant to section 6104(d) of the Code, is available on Form 990-PF for inspection at the principal office of the foundation located at 639 E. Ocean Ave, Suite 309, Boynton Beach, FL 33435, 561-670-2027, during regular business hours by any citizen that requests it within 180 days after this notice. The foundation's principal manager is Kenneth Z. Slater as defined. This notice is published pursuant ot the requirements set forth in Section 6104(d) and 6056 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and in compliance with the provision thereof.
