THIS NOTICE BY PUBLICATION IS NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR RIGHTS OR INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED IN GOLDEN MEADOW, LOUISIANA MAY BE TERMINATED BY OPERATION OF LAW IF YOU DO NOT TAKE FURTHER ACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW:
A certain tract of ground situated in the Town of Golden Meadow, Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at about forty-nine (49) miles below the City of Thibodaux, measuring thirty (30') feet front or in width on a street known as B & R Lane by a depth of One Hundred Eighteen (118') feet, bounded in front by said B & R Lane, on the rear or Northwest by property of Nelson Callais, on the Northeast by Ebdon Gisclair, and on the Southwest by property of Joseph Jambon, together with all additions and improvements thereon belonging or appertaining.
One certain lot of land situated in the Town of Golden Meadow, Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at a distance of about forty-nine (49) miles below the City of Thibodaux, Louisiana, measuring forty (40) feet front or in width along a street known as B & R Lane, by a depth of one hundred eighteen (118') feet, bounded in front or Southeast by lane or street known as B & R Lane, in the rear or Northwest by lands of Nelson Callais, bounded towards the swamp or southwest by lands of Vendor, Alidor Boudreaux and on the side towards Bayou Lafourche or Northeast by lands of Edwin Pierce, together with all additions and improvements thereon and thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
