Unknown Property Owners 1-10, Fairfield County Court of Common Pleas, 224 E Main St, Lancaster, OH 43130 Unknown Property Owners, if any, of Fairfield County Permanent Parcel No. 2222 (the "Property") will take notice that on December 5, 2025, Ohio Power Company filed its Verified Petition for Appropriation of Easement Interest with respect to the Property, seeking to appropriate an easement interest in the Property for the purpose of rebuilding, operating, and maintaining the East Logan – South Lancaster Transmission Line. Unknown Property Owners of the Property are required to file an answer in the above-referenced lawsuit within 28 days following the last date of publication of this notice, after which date Ohio Power Company's Verified Petition for Appropriation of Easement Interest may be heard by the Court.
